The initial consultation is a one on one assessment where your health history and goals are discussed in order to develop the best program possible for you in your ongoing classes.

Semi Private
More than just Reformer. Semi private programs offer a tailored personalised program for each participant utilising all the large and small Pilates equipment in a 4:1 class setting, making available the maximum options of Pilates repertoire to address all your specific needs and goals.
Each person works as an individual in these classes guided through their personal program by your instructor.
5 class pack | $220.00 (6 week expiry)
10 class pack | $420.00 (6 week expiry)
20 class pack | $800.00 (8 week expiry)
Group Reformer
Group Reformer classes are a general dynamic Pilates class conducted on the piece of Pilates equipment called the Reformer.
Our classes are small and personal with a maximum of 6 participants so that each and every person can receive correction and hands on support from your instructor.
Reformer classes are recommended for active people who are pain and injury free. If you are unsure if this is suitable for you, please get in touch to chat with us.
5 Class Pack | $155.00 (6 week expiry)
10 Class Pack | $290.00 or weekly direct debit $29.00 (12 week expiry)
20 Class Pack| $540.00 or weekly direct debit $54.00 (12 week expiry)
TERMS
All sessions are by appointment only.
Private, Duet and Semi Private sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
30 minute Private sessions are also available.
Small Group Reformer sessions are 45 minutes in duration.
You must book in for an initial consultation before booking into a Private, Duet or Semi Private style class, so a specific program can be created for you.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, any classes not attended, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Expiry Period
All packages have an expiry, please check above for expiry period for each specific pack.
